Ingredients

Coriander Seeds, Chilli, Garlic, Onion, Fennel, Pepper, Salt, Curry Leaves, Poppy Seeds, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Small Onion, Big Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Coriander Leaves, and Tomato.

Cooking Instructions

1. Wash 20 lbs of meat thoroughly.
2. Add 2 liters of hot water to the ready-to-cook masala and mix well to prepare a smooth paste.
3. Heat 900 ml of cooking oil in a pan. Add the masala paste and sauté well.
4. Cook until the oil separates from the masala, releasing its rich aroma and flavor.
5. Add the meat to the masala mixture and sauté until the meat is evenly coated.
6. Add water according to your preferred consistency and allow the meat to cook thoroughly.
7. Once the meat is fully cooked, garnish with curry leaves or coriander leaves and serve hot.
