Ingredients

Red Chilli, Coriander Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Cumin, Pepper, Cardamom, Cloves, Nutmeg, Curry Leaves, Groundnut, Turmeric, Salt, Onion, Tomato, Garlic, Ginger, and Coriander Leaves.

Recipe

 Wash 4 lbs Chicken / 8 lbs Mixed Vegetables thoroughly.

Mix 3 liters of hot water with the ready-to-cook masala and prepare a smooth paste.

Heat 1.25 liters of cooking oil in a pan. Add the masala paste and cook well until the oil separates from the masala, releasing its rich aroma and flavor.

Add the chicken or vegetables to the masala mixture and sauté until the ingredients blend well with the spices.

Add 15 liters of water and cook until the meat or vegetables are completely cooked and reach the desired consistency.

Finally, add 1.75 liters of coconut paste or 2 liters of coconut milk and cook for a few more minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and curry leaves. Serve hot with your favorite dishes.
