SDPMart Sambar Mix with Dal is a convenient and flavorful spice blend, perfect for preparing authentic sambar for 2 liters. With this mix, you can enjoy the true taste of homemade sambar in no time. 

Cooking Instructions:

Wash 1LB of Mixed Vegetables (Carrot, beans, Egg plant, Drumstick) or Radish. Heat 100 ml of cooking oil in a pan. Add 1LB of desired vegetables and sauté it for few minutes. Add 900ml - 1 Liter of water or required quantity and boil it till the vegetables are cooked well. Now add the entire pack of ready to cook sambar mix with dhal. Cook it for few minutes until you get the desired consistency. In a small pan heat 3 tablespoon of ghee and saute jeera, red chili, curry leaves, coriander leaves and garnish the sambar.
