SDPMart Butter Gravy Masala Mix (Paneer or Chicken) is a rich and flavorful spice blend, perfect for creating a creamy, buttery gravy. Cooking Instructions:

Wash 1LB of Paneer or Chicken. Marinate panner or chicken with salt and chili powder and stir fry in oil until it turns golden brown. Add 300 ml of hot water to the masala mix and mix it into a coarse paste. Heat 75gms of butter and 25 ml of oil and add the paste to it. Sauté the mixture well until oil separates from it. Add 500 ml of water or add enough water to get your desired consistency. Let it cook until it is done. Now add 1LB of fried Chicken or 1LB of Paneer to the mix and cook it well. Add 50gms of butter or cooking cream and methi leaves for garnish if needed.
