Ingredients 

Red Chilli, Coriander Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Cumin, Pepper, Cardamom, Cloves, Nutmeg, Curry Leaves, Groundnut, Turmeric, Salt, Onion, Tomato, Garlic, Ginger and Coriander Leaves.

Recipe

Wash 20Lb of chicken to be cooked. Add 2 liter of hot water to the ready to cook masala and make a paste. warm .750 to .900 liter of cooking oil, add the masala paste and stir it well. Let this mixture cook until the oil separates from the masala. Now add chicken to the mix and sauté until the chicken and masala mixes well. Add water to make the desired consistency and let it cook. Garnish with curry leaves/ coriander leaves, Red chilli if needed.
