Ingredients  

Big Onion, Tomato, Whole Chilly, Coriander, Turmeric, Groundnut, Jeera, fennel, cinnamon, clove, mustard, nutmeg, black pepper, Nutmeg, Gram Dhal, Cashew nut, salt, small onion, garlic, ginger, Green Chilli, Curry leaves and coriander leaves

Recipe

Wash 20Lb of chicken to be cooked. Add 3 liter of hot water to the ready to cook masala and make a paste. warm 1 to 1.25 Liter of cooking oil, add the masala paste and stir it well. Let this mixture cook until the oil separates from the masala. Now add chicken to the mix and sauté until the chicken and masala mixes well. dd water to make  the desired consistency(approximately 3.5 to 4L)and let it cook. After the chicken is cooked well, add coconut milk or paste, cook for few minutes only .Garnish with curry leaves/ coriander leaves and serve it.
