Ingredients  

Red Chilli, Coriander Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Cumin, Pepper, Cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamon, Curry leaves, Groundnut, Turmeric, Sugar, Salt, Onion, Tomato, Garlic, Ginger, Coriander leaves and Tamarind.

Recipe

Wash 5 pound of fish needed to be cooked. Add 2.5 liter of hot water to the ready to cook masala and make a paste. Warm 0.900 to 1.1 Liter of cooking oil(sesame oil preferred), add the masala paste and stir it well. Let this mixture cook until the oil separates from the masala. Add water to the paste to get the desired consistency ( approximately 7 to 8 liters) and let it cook well. Add 1 liter Coconut Milk or paste and cook for few minutes. .Add 5 pounds of washed fish at last and cook until the fish is done well. Garnish with curry leaves and serve it.
