Ingredients  

Coriander Seeds, Chilli, Garlic, Onion, Fennel, Pepper, Salt, Curry leaf, Poppy Seed, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Cardamon, Cloves, Small Onion, Big Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Coriander leaves and Tomato.

Recipe

Wash 20LB of meat. Add 2 liters of hot water to the ready to cook masala and make a paste. Heat 900 ml of cooking oil in a pan, add the masala paste and stir it well. Let this mixture cook until the oil separates from the masala. Now add meat to the masala mix and sauté until the meat and masala mixes well. Add water to make the desired consistency and let it cook. After the meat is cooked well, Garnish with curry leaves / Coriander leaves and serve it.
